My Annual Moomoo Story

Here is my annual momo story.

I am a list person. I take into account everything, from things I commit to people, things I lend, things I borrow. For me making lists keeps my confidence, allowing me to check whether I have taken into consideration everything, as a list provides a physical representation of the completeness or lack of completeness of a particular endeavor.

My laundry is no exception to the rule. I list everything bill of materials style: shirts, pants and polo are quantified into sets (polo - 2 sets, pants - 2 sets, etc.), while socks are quantified into pairs.

What puzzles me lately is I have discovered again that I am missing a pair of socks. Earlier during our stay in our new house I have already accounted the loss of 3 pairs of socks. The socks are not lost inside the laundry house, as I have said, everything is accounted for. The socks get lost while inside the house. And that puzzles me to no end. The funny thing is, only white socks gets lost. I think we have a ghost inside the house. Momooooooo!!!

Happy Halloween!!!
