fun

Rarely do I hear an accidental joke with good delivery. This is a true story at the OCA, one lazy afternoon.

Joanne, our present apprentice was consulting with one of our engineers regarding the initial acceptable sizes of columns for a typical bungalow. Another engineer joined in and discussed the minimum dimensions for concrete columns, the number of rebars, the load carried.

Then Joanne asked what will happen to the said dimensions if she adds another floor to the house.

All the time we were unintentionally listening to the conversation, and we just burst out laughing. One of the engineers plainly said "Well that's another stor(e)y...".

We just can't help but clap our hands at the excellent delivery of the whole conversation.

Pun intended.
