Exercise

Those home TV shopping programs always have a section on physique and health improvement products and equipment. I have discovered one exercise that is quite effective, yet cheap, you only need to do a few simple routines:
1. Gather up your laundry, preferably small items which you can finish in a few minutes, place it in a tub of water, with soap of course.
2. Do your morning ritual, in the john, do routine number 2 (you know what that is...)
3. While settled down and doing your thing, place your reliable batsa or palangana in front of you, on the floor.
4. Start washing your articles of clothing or whatnot.
5. Put great emphasis on your abdomen and shoulder blades while reaching out for your washables, while doing the all too familiar laundry routines.
6. Variant number 2 would be placing the laundry on your side, on top of a stool (as in your bangko, not that other kind of stool...).
7. First do your laundry on your left side, placing great emphasis on the abdomen, shoulders and chest. Wash your laundry like crazy.
8. Now do the other side. Wash like hell.
9. Repeat until you can no longer dish out anything from the original reason you are seated in the throne in the first place.

Now if you want a more streneaous workout using this setup, go with washing your blankets and towels. Such pieces of laundry would require extensive lifting, thus benefitting your chest and shoulders. Wash like crazy.

All of this can be achieved in 5-15 minutes, depending on the amount of time you spend doing number 2. Very appropriate for busy persons. Now go beat the crap out of your laundry! And don't forget to wash after you wash your laundry.
